The Manly Building is open for hire between March 1st and 31st November for Scouting activities.

It has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, microwave and a zip water boiler for beverages.

It is provided with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery for 36 persons.
|
Cooking is via a commercial gas cooker.
|
The hall has tables, chairs and several notice boards making it suitable for training courses as well as sleeping space and dining area.
|
A separate room with four bunk beds is provided for leader use.
|
Background heating and gas for cooking is provided as part of the hire fee and there is a prepayment meter (£1 coins) for extra heating.
